It merge both windows and osx so good but at a cost of lots of resources and that kind of killed it for me. When I tried Parallels (7) I felt kind of happy because it present everything so beautiful but I could not find usable for developing because it kind of lacked the robustness of VMWare.

That being said I can't recommend gaming sessions, at least on my computer they get kind of slow or crash constantly.
